I choose islands as a sign for a free in less depece living culture or organism, as a sign for how people can be conectedto each other. My Islands are bound together and far away by the same time, never able to get any closer or become one. There will always be a space in between. They might be like two people, two groups or two lovers. They want to think similar, be similar, know about the other, want to transplant their thougths or wishes. They are sending words like mail through air. But these words and rememberings do also divide them even more . It is all in their heads only .They are conected at there belly bottom in depence . I am interested in the space between people, the one they make up and what is made up, what divides them and keeps them in depence. I want to model pairs of islands and organize them in an outdoors space . To me it is important that the visitor gets atracted be a simple form, to feel free to getting closer and explore the surface.
